LeBron James’ alma mater returns to Fort Myers with a pair of top-40 recruits – Ohio State commit 6-5 SR Malaki Branham (21 ppg, 7 rpg, 3 apg) and 6-3 JR Sencire Harris (13 ppg, 5 apg, 3.5 rpg) – and was likely denied a fifth consecutive trip to Ohio’s Final Four only by the Covid-19 cancelation. Branham’s signature performance came in a 100-78 win over Trotwood-Madison at Flyin’ to the Hoop on Jan. 19, where he exploded for a career-high 42 points, 13 rebounds, two assists and two blocks. Two other important returning players are 5-10 SR Darrian Lewis and 6-2 JR Ramar Pryor, who had a 31-point outburst against Lorain.
