Coach Jim Martin’s roster is primed for a spectacular two-year opportunity, coming off an Elite Eight run with 6-6 JR Jaylen Robinson and 6-6 SR Mason Lee leading the way.

JIM MARTIN has been the head coach at Providence School (566-122) for 23 years, winning three state championships along the way. He was named the McDonald’s All-American coach for the East team in 2017, joining Melvin Randall and Lawton Williams as the only boys’ coaches named from the state of Florida, and has been named Coach of the Year four times during his time at Providence. Martin is a 1981 graduate of Jacksonville University, where he was a four-year starter in basketball. He was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army and rose to the rank of Captain. Martin and his wife have three children (Travis, Tyler, Angela) and three grandchildren (William, Ellie, Benjamin).
